Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan has passed away at the age of 71.
The Hall of Famer died of cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida, on July 24, 2025. Emergency responders arrived around 9:51 AM, and Hogan was transported to a nearby hospital after receiving on-site care.
The incident occurred just weeks after he underwent spinal fusion surgery—a procedure his wife, Sky Daily, later clarified was not linked to any major health crisis. Still, Hogan had faced ongoing back issues for years, largely stemming from his decades in the ring.
Known around the globe for his towering frame and signature mustache, Hogan was one of wrestling’s most recognizable figures. He found superstardom in the 1980s with WWE and later with WCW, before earning a place in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. Although he was temporarily removed in 2015 due to a scandal involving racist remarks, he was re-inducted in 2020 as part of the NWO faction.
