Taryll Adren Jackson is widely known for his contributions to the band 3T, where he and his brothers, Taj and TJ, delivered hit tracks such as “Why,” “I Need You,” and “Anything” from their acclaimed album ”Brotherhood.”

However, the Jackson family has endured their share of tragedy. Their mother, Dee Dee Martes, passed away on August 27, 1994, under mysterious circumstances, drowning at her boyfriend’s home. Years later, the family was shaken once again by the passing of their legendary uncle, Michael Jackson, on June 25, 2009.

Adding to their heartbreak, their father, Tito Jackson, passed away at the age of 70 on September 16, 2024. Steve Manning, a longtime friend and former manager of the Jackson family, reported to Entertainment Tonight that Tito likely suffered a heart attack while driving from New Mexico.

In a tribute to their father, Taryll and his brothers have shared a sincere message on Instagram, honoring his diverse roles as a member of the Jackson 5, a coach, and a loving father.

Who Is Taryll’s Baby Mama?

Taryll and Breana Cabral, his longtime girlfriend, have two sons: Bryce Conner (2008) and Adren Michael (2011). Their romance sparked back in September 2006, and Taryll didn’t shy away from getting all sentimental about it. He once shared on Facebook, “I’ll never forget the time you opened the door and our eyes met for the first time. Before we could say anything we both just smiled. We were looking at LOVE. And everything was PERFECT!”

Those first smiles said it all! But let’s not kid ourselves—it hasn’t been all smooth sailing.

These two have seen plenty of drama—insecurities, fear, disloyalty, you name it. It’s been like watching a soap opera unfold, with fights, resentment, and even public scrutiny. But through all the chaos, they keep it real. No pretending here!

Taryll doesn’t just adore Breana as a partner—he values her as a mom, too. In 2019, the Jackson family hit a rough patch when their son Bryce, known as Bubba, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. It was a total shock, turning their world upside down. Taryll opened up about the emotional rollercoaster they went through, stressing the need to keep faith and push through.

He even took to Facebook to give Breana a shout-out. Taryll praised her for being so strong and supportive during their countless trips to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She stayed positive, holding the family together through it all.

Other than being there for her kids, she is working as an event coordinator for Miel Restaurant and as an event sales manager for Chef Sean Brock, Audrey + june.

Does He Have A Half Sister?

Taryll has found himself in the middle of some serious family drama, all stirred up by Tanay Jackson, who claims to be his half-sister. Tanay insists Tito Jackson is her father, but Taryll and his brother Taj aren’t buying it. In 2009, Tanay took the legal route, petitioning a Brooklyn Family Court to officially recognize Tito as her dad. The outcome? Still a mystery, only fueling more gossip.

In 2012, Taryll took to Twitter to squash the rumors, saying, “Tanay Jackson is NOT related to us.”

Taj backed him up, tweeting, “My brothers and I DO NOT have a half-sister.”

But Tanay didn’t hold back, sharing her side of things. She remembered getting along with TJ, but things were chillier with Taryll and Taj. According to her, the brothers’ loyalty to their late mother plays a big part in why they deny her as family.

He Continues His Family’s Legacy

Taryll, along with his brothers in the group 3T, burst onto the music scene with their debut album Brotherhood in 1995, which sold over three million copies worldwide. They were particularly popular in Europe. While their first album made waves, their follow-up albums, Identity in 2004 and Chapter III in 2015, faced challenges in the industry and didn’t see the same level of commercial success.

In 2012, Taryll ventured into a solo career, releasing his debut single 4Ever, followed by the EP My Life Without You. Other projects like Undeniable and Crazy Love allowed him to further explore his musical creativity and range.

Remaining an active force in the music world, he continues to perform and release new material. His 2023 concerts showed he’s still dedicated to his craft and his family’s legacy.

Beyond this, he expanded his public presence through the docuseries The Jacksons: Next Generation, aired on Lifetime in 2015, which gave us a front-row seat into the lives of the Jackson family’s newer generations both personally and professionally.
