Goldschmidt works as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Shake Shack. He joined the company in October 2019 as a Senior Manager and was promoted to Director of Total Rewards in August 2021 before moving into his current role.
Before joining Shake Shack, he held several roles in the HR and compensation field. From August 2018 to October 2019, he worked as Manager of Executive Compensation at AmerisourceBergen. Prior to that, he spent three years at Aramark as a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst.
Earlier in his career, Goldschmidt worked as a Managed Account Operations Analyst at SEI and also held a Senior Analyst position at the Hay Group.
His Early Life and College
Kevin was born on June 6, 1985, in Pennsylvania and spent much of his early life in New York. He went on to attend Penn State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2007.

The Couple Got Married in 2020 During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Russini and her hubby, Goldschmidt, began dating in 2015, though they kept their relationship private for several years. It wasn’t until July 2020 that Russini publicly shared news of their engagement on social media.
Just a couple of months later, the pair tied the knot in September 2020. Their wedding took place in New Jersey and was kept low-key, with social distancing measures in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since then, the couple has remained close, often sharing glimpses of their life together online. On September 26, 2023, Russini celebrated their third wedding anniversary with a photo from their wedding day, writing:
“3 years. 2 babies. 1 new job. 0 regret. Happy Anniversary to my sweetheart.”
The couple currently lives in New York City with their two children.
They Have Two Sons
Along with their growing life as a couple, Dianna and her husband, Kevin, are parents to two children.
Their first child, a son named Michael Andrew, was born on August 8, 2021. Russini shared the news on Instagram with a photo from the hospital, sitting between her soulmate and newborn. She wrote, “We had a baby. This is our little guy Michael Andrew who taught us today in a world filled with so many overrated experiences, this one lived up to it all and more.”
She added that Michael was born on her father’s birthday, calling it “the best moment” to say happy birthday and introduce him to his grandson. Michael weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20 inches.

Their second son, Joseph “Joey” Kevin, arrived on October 11, 2023. Russini again took to Instagram to make the announcement. “We had a baby… again!” she wrote. “The person who always told me I could do anything and be anyone was my late Grandpa Joe… years later my husband Kevin—who with the same vigor and belief in us—has always said ‘me’ is more than good enough.”
She continued, “Now our son Joseph ‘Joey’ Kevin joins our family at 8 lbs and 2 oz. 21 inches long! We are beyond lucky and blessed.”
Since then, Russini has regularly posted glimpses of her life with Kevin and their sons. On Father’s Day 2024, she shared a photo of her spouse, Kevin, with their two boys, writing, “The best person these little boys know. xoxo Happy Father’s Day Kev!”
