He’s not afraid to shoot for the stars. When Marvel’s Victoria Alonso hinted at the possibility of a gay lead superhero, Brian jumped at the chance. “Me me I want it!!!” he exclaimed on X (formerly Twitter), ready to redefine what a superhero can be.
The actor envisions himself as a traditional movie star with a twist. He’s out to prove that gay leads can be just as dynamic and bankable as their straight counterparts.
His work reflects this vision. From appearances in Will & Grace (1998-2000) and The Gay and Wondrous Life of Caleb Gallo (2016) to creating and starring in the FX comedy show English Teacher (2024), he is bringing stories to life that matter to him.
