Brian Fichera kept it short but sweet on Instagram for his 12th wedding anniversary with Dylan Dreyer: “Do you believe in Deja vu?” “Didn’t you just ask me that?” Fichera wrote. “Tradition dictates that the 12th anniversary take place exactly where the 10 year anniversary took place. The phrase ‘I wouldn’t change a thing’ comes to mind…”
That’s the kind of marital relationship these two have built. Married since 2012, Dylan and her husband Brian have been showing the world what a real, happy marriage looks like.
Brian, a native of Easton, Massachusetts, works behind the camera as a producer and cameraman for NBC News, while Dylan is out front as one of the network’s familiar faces. Even while working under the same media roof, they’ve found a rhythm that blends love, work, parenting, and play into something that feels natural.
In April 2022, they took their chemistry to SiriusXM with Lunch Date with Dylan & Brian, a weekly radio show where they laugh through parenting stories, old voicemails, and even a few original songs. The meteorologist playfully told her followers not to get too excited about their music in the Instagram post announcing the show, but honestly, that’s the charm—it’s never about perfection with them.
Dylan and Brian also share a love for golf. Early in their relationship, Brian gave his partner his very first set of clubs.
Over the years, their bond has grown stronger as a family. All three of their sons are active in sports, and the couple clearly loves being part of it all. On May 17, 2025, Dylan and her son Cal even took the mound at Fenway Park to throw the first pitch during a Red Sox vs. Braves game, celebrating the very first Celiac Awareness Night.

Dylan has always shown full support for her husband and their kids. In fact, the sportscaster stepped away from the weekend edition of her show to spend more time at home.
“These boys are my whole life, and Brian and I—we love being a team on weekends, spending as much time as we can with them and having as much fun as we can,” Dylan shared. “That’s really all I’m going to be doing. Just sitting at home and loving up on those three.”
She added, “It’s all about family time. This job can get crazy, especially when we’re traveling and busy, but it’s so important to make time for family, too.”
